    Through the European Union's LIFE+ programme industrial symbiosis projects are funded in Hungary and Romania.
  • European Union's Regional Development Fund
    The European Union's Regional Development Fund supports an industrial symbiosis project in the West Midlands.
  • European Commission's SWITCH Asia Programme
    The European Commission through its SWITCH Asia programme funds International Synergies to implementing industrial symbiosis and environmental management systems to the Tianjin Binhai New Area
  • Invest Northern Ireland
    NISP in Northern Ireland is supported by Invest Northern Ireland and is part-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the European Sustainable Competiveness Programme for Northern Ireland.
  • Scottish Enterprise
    Scottish Enterprise has provided funding for an industrial food waste mapping project in Scotland to identify the levels of by-products generated through the food & drink manufacturing process that could be used as feedstocks into anaerobic digester plants in Scotlan.
