Industrial Symbiosis Project Launches in Turkey
On 5th May Peter Laybourn, Chief Executive of International Synergies, flew to Ankara, Turkey for the official launch of the Industrial Symboisis in Iskerunder Bay Area Project. The project will be jointly run by International Synergies and the Middle East Technical University (METU) Enrionment Engineering Department and is funded by BTC Pipeline Company.
International Synergies will draw on its extensive experience of devising and managing industrial symbiosis projects around the world, and will use its knowledge and expertise gained through its successful Bristol Ports Industrial Symbiosis Initiative for this project. The project is also supported by the British Embassy.
